With more than 25 years of experience in finance and economic development, Lesley brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to helping individuals, families, and business owners build financial prosperity that endures for generations. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an MBA in Human Resource Management, insurance licenses in Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, California, and Washington, and FINRA registration.

Her commitment to stewardship extends beyond her practice through active leadership, mentorship, and service within organizations across Arkansas, including Little Italy Arkansas Heritage Society & Museum and the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance. In January 2027, she begins her first term as Perry County Justice of the Peace for District 6. She is also an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Arkansas and the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum, reflecting a passion for strengthening both her clients and her community.
